Payment and Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made for services provided by AI Wise Quant.

1. Payment Terms

Payments for consulting services, research services, or packages must be completed before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be processed through secure payment gateways integrated on the website.

2. Service Delivery

After payment confirmation:

  • Clients will receive scheduling details for consultations
  • Project timelines will be communicated before service begins

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.

Consultation Sessions

If a consultation session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund or rescheduling option may be offered.

Completed Consultations

Once a consultation session has been completed, refunds will not be issued.

Research or Custom Projects

For custom research or AI development projects:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
  • Partial refunds may be considered only if work has not yet begun

4. Payment Disputes

Any billing concerns should be reported within 7 days of payment.

We will review and resolve disputes in good faith.
